🗓 Service Requirements

When do you want to go live and what should we know?

📦 Your go-live date is when you want your SimpleVoIP system up and running. We ship phones approximately one week prior. Billing begins the day phones are shipped or service is activated.
Must be at least 2 weeks from today.

📍 Locations

Add every physical location that will be using SimpleVoIP service.

Add all locations that need phone service. Each location needs a site number, a descriptive name, and a full street address. At least one location is required.

👥 Users to Migrate

Every employee or location that needs a phone extension.

Users are employees or locations that will get a phone extension. We need their email addresses (for real people) and intended extension numbers (3–4 digits). For hard phones, include the model number from the back of the phone.

📲 Phone Numbers to Port

Keep your existing business numbers on SimpleVoIP.

You can keep your current business numbers through number transfer (porting). We will guide you through the 5–10 day transfer process during a one-on-one session.
